The Day the Laughter Died….

Robin Williams      I have been spending a lot of time thinking today. I usually don’t take the death of celebrities to seriously since there are so many hoaxes but this… this hits my heart. Robin Williams died today. From what I have read it is said that he took his own life. That he was suffering from severe    depression.

This man whom brought laughter and joy into the world, left it sad, depressed and lacking the joy he shared with all of us. The part that gets me the most is that he was open with his struggles he talked about them with his humor and still managed to put a smile on your face in spite of the seriousness of the situation, but I try to remind myself that even those who seem to have it together can fall apart in a moment.

What hurts the most is that many times people  suffer like this  in silence, alone and without help.

Human interaction is becoming more and more limited and we are feeling more and more alone in crowded rooms.

I hope for the best for his loved ones. I wish them peace at this time.

Please don’t suffer in silence. The quiet is a dangerous place for a heart that is hurting.
